Jeremy has spent more than twenty years delivering major programs across government and private enterprise, including high-profile government initiatives, with more than one hundred million dollars of contracts and programs delivered. He has negotiated the contracts, led the delivery, and sat on the evaluation side of the table, reading submissions the way evaluators actually read them. Wombid exists because of a pattern he kept seeing from that side: capable security businesses losing tenders on scoring technicalities, not capability. The fix is not writing harder. It is knowing which tenders to enter, covering every published criterion, and scoring the submission before the buyer does.
What we will never do: guarantee a win, invent a claim, or paper over a gap. Every verdict comes with its reasoning shown, and missing evidence is flagged loudly, never smoothed over.
