The tender desk for Australian security businesses

Win government work. Without the bid-writing grind.

We watch the pipeline, tell you which tenders you can actually win, and build the submission for less than the going rate, with every submission scored before it's lodged.

Built and hosted in Australia Your documents never train AI You own every submission
How it works

Three jobs. Done properly.

We watch

Every security tender across federal, state and council portals, matched to your licences, regions and capability, so nothing winnable slips past.

We assess

Honest bid or no-bid calls with the reasoning shown. We'll tell you when a tender isn't worth your time: that saved time is part of what you're paying for.

We build

Submissions drafted from your real evidence and scored against the published evaluation criteria before lodgement, the way a panel would score them.

Your three options, honestly compared.

Straight answers

Questions security operators actually ask.

Do you guarantee tender wins?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Wombid sells process quality and scoring discipline: submissions built against the published evaluation criteria and scored before lodgement. The decision and the lodgement are always yours.

Who owns the submission?

You do. Every document Wombid produces is yours: your capability, your evidence, your bid. We draft and score; you review, own and lodge.

Where is my company data stored?

In Australia. Your capability documents, licences and past bids sit on Australian infrastructure, are never used to train AI models, and a mutual confidentiality deed is signed before any document changes hands.

What does it cost?

Standard tender submissions are fixed-price from $2,950 ex GST; complex tenders run $4,450 to $5,450 ex GST. The Tender Desk retainer, which includes pipeline monitoring, Bid Gate assessment and capability library custody, is $1,450 ex GST per month. For comparison, tender writers commonly charge $1,845 to $5,500 per tender for writing alone, and consultant retainers typically start around $3,000 per month.

Will you tell me not to bid?

Yes, often. Most SMEs lose money bidding on tenders they were never positioned to win. An honest no-bid call that saves you eighty hours is part of the service, not a failure of it.
